James Willey is a husband, father, and teacher.  He currently is teaching “Digital Media for the Artist” at Wade Hampton High School in Greenville, S.C.  A native of Michigan, he has lived in South Carolina since childhood.  Growing up, James consistently worked in the arts, ever expanding his techniques in both traditional and digital medias. James began working with Jonathan Shanin while teaching Visual Arts at a local middle school. As AidJoy began to grow, James began contributing in many areas including web development and design. Becoming a new Dad has inspired him to help others through his talents in the digital arts.  James lives in Greenville, SC with his wife Beth, and son Gabriel.
