AidJoy sustains a culture of integrity by ensuring that every decision, action, and interaction is undertaken with the knowledge that trust is precious, and that it must be earned again and again. In the world of philanthropy, integrity has come to be associated with transparency in operations and distribution of funds; and while we believe that being good financial stewards is of vital importance, our definition of integrity is even more  far reaching.

To AidJoy, integrity also means preserving the dignity of the people who most need our help, respecting values, cultures, and perspectives that may be different from our own, and requiring that the individuals and organizations with whom we work demonstrate the same reverence for fair, open, and honest communication and conduct.

AidJoy is an organization that was founded to solve humanitarian problems; doing so effectively sometimes requires us to be good stewards of the reputations of high profile individuals, foundations, government agencies, charities, and/or major corporate brands. We take that responsibility very seriously, and we never lose sight of the fact that there are people whose lives depend on the results we generate. We are passionate about helping others, and that means we are passionate about conducting ourselves with honesty and grace.
